LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT WE'VE BECOME
“Mom, our house is an ecosystem”, said Antonio at the age of 10, when he realized the diversity that lived within our domestic space. The action, which I started in 2015 and which gave rise to a research project I'm working on, has involved more than 3,000 people and has brought hundreds of narratives into our intimate space that made up our imagination and who we are today.

The fact that our house has served as a workspace and home for many artists, researchers and activists over the years has made it, like an ecosystem, a place where relationships happen, cross and multiply, differences coexist and information proliferates. A place that produces alliances and articulations, stimulates creation and activates a certain production of life.

Today, our house has 7 bedrooms, 2 studios, a rehearsal room and a music studio. Every day dozens of people circulate between those who live here and those who produce here. No money was ever charged for the use of the house and the choice not to allow monetary values to motivate relationships has defined what the place is today. The question that permeates this action/research is what other practices and relationships are born out of welcome and trust.

After a few years, Casa Líquida has become an action-manifesto that activates the production of knowledge and care for others, creating the necessary circumstances to host creative processes and support artists and researchers by sharing our intimate space.
THE TEAM
JULIA FELDENS
She is responsible for creating, analyzing and guiding the action that gave rise to the project. Julia helps to conduct the construction of the network of artists that makes up Casa Líquida and creates the guidelines that enable the continuity of this experience.
LUA FELDENS
She is a resident, responsible for organizing, managing and running the house as a physical space, as well as writing and executing the house's projects.
EDUARDO MAGLIANO
He is a resident and head of the music studio that has occupied the house since November 2022.
VICENTE OTÁVIO
He has been a resident since 2019 and is responsible for creating visual communication pieces and graphic design for the project's digital platforms. He is also in charge of photographic and audiovisual productions, ensuring the documentation of daily life and the activities carried out at Casa Líquida.
PEDRO BARREIRA
He is an associate producer and cultural coordinator. Since 2024, he has helped to create the network, promoting connections between music artists from other states and Casa Líquida.
PATRICIA BÁRBARA
She is our consultant in cultural management and projects.
ERNESTE
He is responsible for designing and managing Casa Líquida's YouTube channel, as well as writing and editing videos about the project.
